DRAFT FOR CLUB AND LEGAL REVIEW. Do not treat as final.
These terms govern your use of flscmn.com. By using this site you agree to them.
About this site
This site is operated by Forest Lake Sportsmen’s Club, a member-supported outdoor shooting club in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
Range access is separate from site use
Using this website does not grant access to club property. Access to any range is governed by club membership rules, posted range rules, event registration requirements, and any waiver you sign. Public shotgun access, guest access and event participation each carry their own conditions.
Safety
Shooting sports carry inherent risk. All shooters and guests must follow posted range rules and the directions of range officers and match directors at all times. Nothing on this website replaces those rules or the instructions of club staff.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep event dates, hours and pricing current, but schedules change, often for weather. Confirm details with the club before you travel. Event registration handled on third-party platforms such as Practiscore, ATA or NSSA is governed by those platforms’ own terms.
Registrations and payments
[CLUB TO CONFIRM: refund and cancellation terms for paid registrations.]
Your submissions
Information you submit through forms on this site must be accurate. Waivers and agreements submitted through this site are binding to the same extent as their paper equivalents.
Intellectual property
The club name, logo and site content are the property of Forest Lake Sportsmen’s Club and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. Standard limitation of liability language to be supplied or approved by club counsel.]
